建筑隔震橡胶支座型检评价体系构建及检验

摘要 针对目前国家标准对建筑隔震橡胶支座型式检验的很多项目均未明确给出误差要求而导致型检结果评价困难的现状,基于层次分析法建立了支座型式检验结果的综合评价体系.首先确定了隔震橡胶支座型式检验结果评价的总目标层、准则层和底层指标层,建立了型检评价层次结构图;然后,确定了型式检验项目底层性能的评价标准,并将所有评价指标进行分级评分;同时,确定了指标体系的底层和准则层指标的权重,得到型检综合评判标准;最后,以直径为1 200 mm的圆形建筑铅芯橡胶支座型式检验结果作为算例进行了综合评价.分析结果表明,所得到的评价结论与实际工程结果一致,验证了所建立的评价体系的合理性. At present,there is no allowable error in many items of type test for the rubber bearing of buildings in the national standard,which results in a difficult in type test results evaluation.In this paper,based on the analytical hierarchy process,a comprehensive evaluation system of type test results for the rubber bearing is established.Firstly,the object layer,the standards layer and the base index layer of the evaluation system of the type test are determined,and the hierarchy evaluation model is constructed.Secondly,the evaluation criteria of the base indexes for the evaluation system of the type test are determined,and all evaluation indexes are graded and scored.At the same time,the index weight of the base index layer and the standards layer are determined,and the comprehensive evaluation criteria are concluded.Finally,the type test of the lead rubber bearing with a diameter of 1 200 mm is evaluated by using the proposed evaluation system in this paper.The analysis results indicate that the obtained evaluation result is consistent with the results of actual engineering project,and the proposed evaluation system of type test is rational.
