广西旅游管理应用型本科人才培养若干思考

Some Reflection on Cultivation of Undergraduate Applied Talents in Tourism Management in Guangxi Province

通过对广西旅游管理应用型本科人才培养的现状分析,发现广西高校在人才培养过程中存在培养目标不明确、实践效果不明显、课程体系不完善等问题;结合广西实际和行业特点提出了优化人才培养方案、科学构建课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、强化实践能力培养、改进教学方法与手段等对策措施,提出从政策、条件与质量保障等方面构建保障体系。

Based on the analysis of the current situation of undergraduate applied talents cultivation of tourism management in Guangxi province,the research found that there were a lot of constraints Guangxi colleges and universities,such as the training objectives unclear;the practice effect unobvious;the curriculum system imperfect and so on.According to the practical and industrial characteristics of Guangxi province,some countermeasures are put forward,such as optimizing the personnel training plan,constructing a scientific curriculum system,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,strengthening practical ability training,improving teaching methods and means.A security system is constructed from the aspects of policy,conditions and quality assurance.
