济宁地区紫山药种质资源引进及其栽培试验研究

Purple Yam Germplasm Introduction and Cultivation Test Research

引进不同地区的8份紫山药种质资源,分别在济宁市农科院及周边地区的不同土壤条件下进行栽培试验。试验结果表明,这些紫山药品种,品质优,口感细腻,有些品种第一年引种种植时薯块稍小,经过栽培驯化都可在济宁地区示范种植。

The introduction of different parts of the eight purple yam germplasm resources, carried out cultivation experiment under different soil conditions respectively in agricultural science research institute and the surrounding areas. The test results showed that the purple yam varieties have excellent quality and delicate taste, some species is a bit small when the first year of introduction planting, through cultivation and domestication could grow in the demonstration area.
