摘要
2008年之后,北京进入了后奥运时代,站在一个新的发展起点上。面对新形势新要求新机遇,北京工会在市委和全总的坚强领导下,坚定不移走中国特色社会主义工会发展道路,在工作思路、体制机制、方式方法、自身建设等方面不断调整适应、改革创新,相继制定了"1+6"、"1+9"、"1+15"等文件,建设了工会三级服务体系,推出了服务职工十大品牌等,这一系列举措符合北京实际,适应职工需求,是特大型城市开展好工会工作的新路子、新途径。这几年的工作实践和探索,为当前进一步学习贯彻习近平总书记重要讲话精神,落实好中央党的群团工作会议精神,保持和增强工会工作和工会组织的政治性、先进性、群众性,打下坚实的基础。这几年的工作实践和探索,值得好好总结和研究。
Since 2008, standing on new starting point for the development of the Olympic Games, Beijing has entered the post Olympic era. Facing the new situation , new requirements and new opportunities, under the strong leadership of the municipal Party committee and the ACFTU, Beijing Federation of Trade Unions unswervingly take the road of trade union development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and has reform and innovation in aspect of the working train of thought, system and mechanism, methods, self-construction. It has formulated the "1 +6", "1 +9", "1 + 15", constructed three service systems, launched the service ten brands of workers. Over the past few years of practice and exploration lay down solid foundation for the further study and implement the spirit of the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping, the implementation of the cluster working conference of the central party spirit, maintain and enhance the political advanced mass of trade unions and trade union organizations. In recent years, the work of practice and exploration are worth good summary and research.
