浅论乡镇(街道)工会脱离职工群众的原因及对策

Study on the Reasons and Countermeasures of the Township(Street) Trade Union out of the Workers and Staff

乡镇(街道)工会是中国工会的地方组织和基层组织,既是直接联系和服务职工群众的行动者,又是辖区内基层工会的领导机构。当前,我国的乡镇(街道)工会由于基础薄弱,人力、财力供给不足,制约了乡镇(街道)工会作用的有效发挥,乡镇(街道)工会与职工之间出现了三大矛盾。要修复这些矛盾只有通过夯实乡镇(街道)工会的基础,扩大宣传力度,增强乡镇(街道)工会的作为,增加乡镇(街道)工会干部的培训力度,才能与乡镇(街道)职工重建血肉联系。

The township（street） trade union is the local organization and the basic organization in China, which is not only the direct contactor and servicer of the masses of the workers, but also is the leading institution of the basic trade unions in the area. At present, because the foundation manpower and financial resources are in short supply of our trade union of township（street）, which restricts the effective function of township（street） trade unions, three major contradictions are appearing between the trade unions and workers. To repair these contradictions only through tamping the basis of township（street） union, expanding publicity, increasing the training intensity of township（street） trade union, in order to reconstruct flesh and blood ties between township（street） and workers.
