青年职工拓展训练项目评价体系研究

摘要 青年职工拓展训练项目的目的是使青年职工认同企业文化,提升职业素养。该项目能否取得预期效果,取决于三个环节:主办单位的目的是否符合公益项目的目的,协办单位的目的是否符合主办单位的目的,活动参与者的现场状况是否符合协办单位的目的。现场状况中,活动中参与者的目的是否明确,参与是否积极,策略是否得当,分工是否明确,协作是否和谐,能否总结经验,都影响到活动的实际效果。 The aim of the youth staff development training program is to make the young workers agree with the corporate culture, and enhance the professional quality. The project will achieve the desired results or not, depending in three aspects: the organizer purpose meets the purpose of public welfare projects or not, the coorganizer objective is in accordance with the organizers or not, the situation of participants in the activities is in accordance with the co-organizer the objective or not. In the activity, whether to purpose is clear, participate actively, strategy is appropriate, division of labor is clear, harmonious cooperation, are related to the activities of the actual effect.
