摘要
作为经济示范区的皖江城市带在发展过程中,人力资源建设方面存在诸多问题,如劳动力数量大、质量低、就业不充分,城乡二元经济结构特征明显,劳动力流动性不足,人力资源开发投入不足,教育、培训滞后等,因此应重视培养具有先进理念的企业管理人才,建立人力资源开发调研机制,完善人力资源培养系统和使用系统。
In its development,the industrial transfer demonstration area of the city cluster along Yangtze River in Anhui saw many problems concerning the construction of human resources,such as large number of labor forces,their low qualities,underemployment,urban-rural dual economic structure,lack of mobility of labor forces,insufficient investment in human resources development,lag in education and training,etc.The author thinks that we should foster management talents with advanced concept,establish a research mechanism on human resources development,optimize human resources cultivation and utilization systems.
