摘要
经济新常态下,以绿色发展理念为指导,根据铜陵市矿产资源开发的现状,从国家资源安全保障、社会经济、民生、生态环境4个方面选取9个指标构建铜陵市矿产资源开发社会效益的评价指标体系,采用主成分分析方法客观评价铜陵市2007年至2014年矿产资源开发的社会效益,从而为当地政府科学制定矿产资源供给侧改革思路和绿色可持续发展战略提供参考。
In the economic new normal,this paper considers the present status of mineral resource development in Tongling City under the guidance of green development concept,and then it chooses nine indexes from four aspects including national resource safety guarantee,social economy,people＇s livelihood and eco-environment to construct an index system for evaluating the social benefit of mineral resource development in Tongling from 2007 to 2014 based on PCA method,hoping to provide reference for local government to scientifically design reform idea on mineral resource supply side as well as to set up green sustainable development strategy.
