摘要
针对智能变电站智能告警实用化程度低、工程实施复杂、专家知识库规则提炼困难、缺乏与调控中心互动等问题,提出调控中心、变电站两级分布式智能告警系统。以插件式智能告警分析引擎为核心驱动,采用两级整体分析与决策策略,提高了智能告警的即插即用及可扩展能力,解决了智能告警功能工程实用性的问题。并通过以面向服务形式将分析推理结果合理、分层上送调控中心,提高了与调控中心的交互程度,有效降低了调控中心的通信和计算负担。最后给出了该系统在工程实施中的应用效果。
Aiming to solve the problems of low degree of practical application, complexities of project implementation and extraction difficulty and lack of interaction with the scheduling and control center of expert knowledge bank rules about intelligent alarm of smart substation, two-stage distributed intelligent alarm system about scheduling and control center and substation is proposed. It uses pluggable intelligent alarm analysis engine as core driver, adopts two stages integral analysis and decision strategies, improves plug and play and extendable abilities of intelligent alarm and solves the problem of project practicability about intelligent alarm functions. Analysis and reasoning results are reasonably and hierarchy transmitted the control center by service-oriented form in two-stage distributed intelligent alarm system which improves the degree of interaction with scheduling and control center and effectively reduces communications and computing burden of scheduling and control center. Finally, the effect of project application about this system is given.
