摘要
高校贫困生资助体现出党和政府对家庭经济困难学生的深切关怀,但在资助认定中却也存在认定、举证、管理、教育等诸多难题。对于贫困生的认定需要运用有效程序,针对不同贫困生状况切实做到精准识别、精准帮助和精准管理,最终实现精准资助的目标。
The needy student subsidizing work of colleges and universities embodies our party and government＇s deep concern for those students.However,there exist many difficulties in the work in terms of identification,proof,management,education and so on.The author suggests that in the subsidizing work the colleges and universities should apply effective procedure and realize precise identification,precise aid as well as precise management according to different needy students＇ real situation so that the goal of precise subsidizing work can be reached.
