摘要
本文讨论了丙丁共聚产品和乙丙共聚产品之间的物理机械性能差异。丙丁共聚产品的刚性明显高于乙丙共聚产品,正己烷溶出物要比乙丙共聚产品低,但是透明度、冲击强度和热变形温度有所降低。在生产丙丁共聚产品时,需要对丁烯的注入点进行优化,同时需要增加闪蒸、汽蒸、干燥系统的蒸汽用量,保证丁烯脱除完全,但是增加了装置能耗。
This article discussed the differences of physicmechanicalproperties between propylene/butene-1 random copolymer and propylene/ethylenerandom copolymer. The stiffness of propylene/butene-1 random copolymer is higher than propylene/ethylenerandom copolymer. The hexane extractable of propylene/butene-1 random copolymer is lower than propylene/ethylenerandom copolymer, butthe transparency, impact strength and degree of thermal deformation are lower. The injectpositionof butene-1 should be optimized when product propylene/butene-1 random copolymer. In order toremove the butene-ltotally, steam should be increased in the system of flashing, steaming and drying, but energy consumption will be increased.
