血透病友之家综合干预对维持性血液透析患者焦虑抑郁疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Hemodialysis Patients Family of Comprehensive Intervention on Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients with Anxiety Depression

目的:通过组建血透病友之家进行6个月规律的综合性干预措施,观察组建血透病友之家对维持性血液透析患者焦虑和抑郁的影响。方法:选择本院长期维持性血液透析患者120例,按照随机数字表法均分为对照组和干预组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规血透健康教育护理措施,干预组即组建血透病友之家组,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)比较两组患者干预前后的临床焦虑抑郁症状评分情况。结果:干预前,研究组与对照组SAS评分、SDS评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组SAS评分、SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组护理总满意率为76.7%,观察组为96.7%,观察组护理总满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后研究组SCL-90各项评分和总评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在维持性血液透析患者中组建血透病友之家可以使患者焦虑和抑郁改善,从而使患者血液透析依从性明显提高,有利于提高治疗效果和生活质量。

Objective：To set up home hemodialysis patients comprehensive interventions six months the law,to observe the formation of the impact of hemodialysis patients home hemodialysis patient anxiety and depression.Method：120 cases in our hospital with long-term hemodialysis were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional hemodialysis health education,the intervention group was set up group homes hemodialysis patients,depression and self-assessment scale（SDS）,clinical anxiety self-rating scale（SAS） of two groups were compared before and after the intervention of anxiety and depression score situation.Result：Before intervention,SAS scores and SDS evaluation of two groups had no significant difference（P0.05）.After intervention,the team SAS scores and SDS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P0.05）.The total nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was 76.7%,the intervention group was 96.7%,the total nursing satisfaction rate of the intervention group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.After the intervention team SCL-90 score and total score of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The formation of hemodialysis patients from home in hemodialysis patients can make anxiety,depression improve,allowing patients to hemodialysis significantly improved compliance,help to improve treatment and quality of life of patients.
