彩色多普勒超声观察下肢骨科手术应用止血带前后股静脉变化的临床意义研究

Clinical Significance of Color Doppler Ultrasonography of Lower Extremity Orthopedic Surgery Tourniquet around the Femoral Vein Changes

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声观察下肢骨科手术应用止血带前后股静脉变化的应用价值。方法:选取本院从2014年6月-2015年10月入院治疗的498例下肢骨科手术患者为研究对象,使用彩色多普勒超声影像对患者术中应用止血带前后的股静脉进行检测,比较患者手术前后的股静脉超声影像变化。结果:患者术中应用止血带前后的股静脉内径、股静脉血流速度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),静脉血栓及血管透声差例数比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对比下肢骨科手术患者应用止血带前后股静脉的超声影像数据变化,术后静脉血栓及血管透声差患者例数较术前有增加,有助于临床上对高危患者使用电动气囊止血带后早期发现静脉血栓并进行治疗。

Objective：To investigate the value of color doppler ultrasonography before and after lower limb orthopedic surgery tourniquet femoral vein changes.Method：498 hospitalized patients with lower limb orthopedic surgery in our hospital were selected from June 2014 to October 2015 as the study object.Color doppler ultrasound images of patients in the application of tourniquet before and after femoral vein were detected,before and after operation in patients with femoral vein ultrasound image changes were compared.Result：Before and after compared patients＇ femoral vein diameter and blood flow rate of femoral vein in the application of tourniquet,the differences were no statistically significant（P0.05）;compared venous thrombosis and vascular permeability difference of patients in the application of tourniquet,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Through the comparison of patients in lower limb orthopedic surgery with tourniquet before and after femoral venous ultrasound image data changes,patients of postoperative venous thrombosis and vascular permeability difference compared with the preoperative increased,assist in the clinic for high-risk patients using electric pneumatic tourniquet early detection of venous thrombosis and treatment.
