摘要
目的:探讨s Eph B4抑制视网膜新生血管和玻璃体增殖的作用。方法:建立长期DR兔眼模型,将所有DR兔的右眼作为药物干预眼,给予sEphB4 50μL玻璃体腔内注入,s Eph B4的剂量依次为1000、465、160、80μg。左眼作为对照眼,给予生理盐水50μL玻璃体腔注入。此干预治疗持续6个月,注射1次/月。比较两组OCT及明暗ERG干预前后的变化。结果:糖尿病兔模型FFA的渗漏减轻,糖尿病模型的OCT变厚,干预后逐渐变薄并与剂量的增加呈负相关,剂量越大OCT测量的视网膜厚度越薄越接近正常厚度。糖尿病兔模型ERG的a A值随着剂量的增加逐渐降低,干预后逐渐接近正常值,并与剂量成正相关。结论:s Eph B4可以抑制糖尿病视网膜病变兔模型的视网膜水肿,以及改善视网膜功能。
Objective:To investigate the effect of sEphB4 on inhibiting the proliferation of retinal neovascularization and vitreous proliferation.Method:The long term DR rabbit eye model was established,the right eyes of all DR rabbits were treated as drug intervention which 50 μL sEphB4 was injected into the vitreous cavity,the dose of sEphB4 was respectively 1000,465,160 and 80 μg.Left eyes as the control eyes,they were given the physiological saline 50μL vitreous cavity injection.This intervention treatment lasted 6 months,1 time a month injection.The changes of OCT and ERG before and after the intervention of two groups were compared.Result:The FFA leakage of the diabetic rabbit model reduced,diabetic model of OCT thickened,after the intervention becomes thin and with dose increasing negative correlation,with the increase of concentration,measured by OCT retinal thickness of the thinner closer to normal thickness.Diabetic rabbit model of ERG a A values gradually decreased with the increase of the dose,after the intervention of gradually close to normal value,and is positively correlated with the dose.Conclusion:s Eph B4 can inhibit the retinal edema in rabbit model of diabetic retinopathy,and improve the function of the retina.
