芍药苷对细胞免疫调节作用的研究进展 被引量:20

摘要 多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)是一种常见的中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘疾病,由于其病因和发病机制未完全明确,目前尚无有效的根治方法。实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎(experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis,EAE)被公认为是研究MS的最经典动物模型,一般认为MS/EAE与免疫异常有关,芍药苷(paeoniflorin,PF)是常用的活血化瘀中药赤芍的主要有效成分之一,是一种单萜类糖苷化合物,国内外相关学者对PF展开了较为深入的研究,发现PF具有免疫调节、抗炎、镇痛镇静、保护脑缺血等作用,并且不良反应较小,可能在MS的治疗中具有潜在的价值。就芍药的免疫调节作用做一概述,以探讨其在MS治疗中的作用机制。 Multiple sclerosis is a common inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system. Because its etiology and pathogenesis is not fully clear,there is no effective method. Experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis is recognized to be the most classic animal model of MS. It is generally believed that MS / EAE is associated with abnormal immune. Paeoniflorin is one of the main effective components of radix rubra of TCM for activating blood circulation and is a kind of single terpenoids glycosidic compounds. Domestic and foreign scholars have a thorough research on PF and they find out that PF has the function of immunity,anti-inflammation,easing pain,tranquilizing,protection for cerebral ischemia and has less side effects. PF may have potential value in the treatment of MS. In this paper,we did one review on the immunoregulatory effect of paeoniflorin in order to discuss the mechanism and role of PF in the treatment of MS.
