针灸治疗绝经后骨质疏松症临床研究进展

Advance on Treating Osteoporosis by Acupuncture and Moxibustion

骨质疏松症是一种多发于妇女绝经后的骨退化性疾病,其预防、治疗已是当前人类的重要健康问题。主要就近10余年来国内外针灸治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的方法及治疗效果做一回顾和综述。现有研究显示针灸疗法有利于激发患者自身的调节机能,提高内源性激素水平,改善患者的脾胃功能,增强患者对药物及各种营养物质的吸收利用,提高骨矿含量及骨密度,减少显微骨折数目以及新骨折率的发生,改善临床症状等作用。今后应进一步探索有效而安全的个体化治疗方案,提高临床研究的方法学质量,同时要探索针对骨质疏松的复杂干预特点疗效评价方法。

The osteoporosis was a kind of bone degenerative disease in women. The prevention and treatment of them have been an urge health problem in human. This is a review mainly containing the context of methods and treatment for treating osteoporosis in recent decades at home and abroad. There were some evidences existing in the study： to stimulate the regulating function： to improve the levels of endogenous hormone; to improve the function of spleen and stomach; to strengthen the patients＇ absorption of drugs and various nutrients utilization; to improve the bone mineral content and bone mineral density; to reduce the number of microscopic fracture and the occurrence of new fracture; to improve the clinical symptoms and so on. From now on,we should study the effect and safe formulation about individual treatment,improve the quality of methods in clinic and explore the complex treating characters of evaluation method for the osteoporosis.
