赖氏“通元针法”之通督养神立法分析

Theoretical Analysis of Lai's Tongyuan Needling Technique

赖新生教授所创赖氏通元针法包括通督养神和引气归元两大治疗法则,其以人体元气及脏腑神气为调治核心,以任督二脉为调节全身阴阳的关键环节,从而通督养神以安脏腑,引气归元以调气机、固本原,通元以达阴平阳秘。主要对通督养神之立法依据及处方组穴原则作以分析,以提供一新针灸治病组方体系。

Lai＇s Tongyuan needling technique,established by professor LAI Xinsheng,consists of Tongdu Yangshen and Yinqi Guiyuan principles. Based on primordial qi and viscera qi and Ren meridian and Du meridian as the key link of regulating Yin and Yang,it can appease viscera through Tongdu Yangshen,regulating functional activities of qi and supporting the healthy energy by Yinqiguiyuan. Therefore,it would achieve a balance of Yin and Yang by Tongyuan finally.This paper mainly described the theoretical basis of Tongdu Yangshen and the selection principles of acupoints,providing a new system of acupuncture treatment.
