摘要
目的:观察复方黄芪当归汤对MS大鼠胰岛素抵抗的干预影响以及在降糖、降脂和降压方面的功效,论证其在诊治MS方面的药用价值。方法:制备大鼠代谢综合征模型,观察正常对照组、模型组、预防组、中药治疗组以及西药对照组,观察用药前后各组FBG、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FINS以及HOMA-IR指标水平。结果:(1)干预4周后,除预防组外各组大鼠的体重、TC、TG、FINS值均较正常对照组明显增加,差异显著(P<0.05)。同时,与模型组比较,预防组的TG值显著降低(P<0.05)。(2)干预8周后,与模型组比较,预防组和中药治疗组的FBG、TC和TG值显著降低(P<0.05);西药组SBP降低显著,预防组和治疗组的SBP略有降低,差异不显著。此外,预防组的HOMA-IR水平较模型组显著降低。结论:(1)复方黄芪当归汤能降低MS大鼠FBG、FINS及HOMA-IR水平,具有降低血糖、降低血清胰岛素以及改善MS大鼠的胰岛素敏感性等作用,在一定程度上可防止MS发生。(2)复方黄芪当归汤可显著降低MS大鼠的TC和TG值,能改善MS大鼠的血脂水平。
Objective: To observe the effect of Compound Huangqi Danggui Prescription on insulin resistance,diabetes,hyperlipidemia and hypertension in rats with MS and to demonstrate the medicinal value in terms of diagnosis and treatment of MS. Method: We established the model of rats with MS and observed the levels of FBG,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,FINS HOMA-IR before and after medicine in control group,model group,preventing group,traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group. Result:( 1) 4 weeks after the intervention,all rats' weights,levels of TC,TG and FINS significantly increased compared with those of the control group except preventing group and the difference was significant( P〈0. 05). On the other hand,compared with model group,TG was decreased significantly in preventing group( P〈0. 05).( 2) 8 weeks after the intervention,the levels of FBG,TC and TG in preventing group and TCM group were significantly decreased compared with those of the model group( P〈0. 05). SBP was significantly decreased in Western medicine group while the decreasing in preventing group and treatment group was slight with no significant difference. In addition,HOMA-IR in preventing group was significantly lower compared with that of the model group. Conclusion:( 1)Compound Huangqi Danggui Prescription can reduce levels of FBG,FINS and HOMA-IR and improve insulin sensitivity in rats with MS,and to a certain extent,can prevent the occurrence of MS.( 2) Compound Huangqi Danggui Prescription can significantly reduce levels of TC and TG in MS rats and improve blood lipid levels.
