艾迪注射液联合FOLFIRI方案治疗晚期结直肠癌疗效研究

Effect of Addie Injection Combined with FOLFIRI Regimen in Treatment of Advanced Colorectal Cancer

目的:探讨艾迪注射液联合FOLFIRI方案治疗晚期结直肠癌的治疗效果。方法:选取2013年11月—2015年11月期间在医院进行治疗的80例晚期结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例,对照组患者采用常规的FOLFIRI化疗方案进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上,联合应用艾迪注射液进行治疗,一个疗程后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(45.00%)与对照组(40.00%)差异较小,统计学上无意义(P>0.05);但观察组患者疾病控制率(80.00%)明显高于对照组(57.50%),统计学上有意义(P<0.05);观察组恶心、呕吐、乙酰胆碱综合征、血粒细胞减少、迟发性腹泻等化疗不良反应发生率(52.50%)明显低于对照组(82.50%),统计学上有意义(P<0.05);观察组患者KPS功能状况评分(73.11±18.63)分及BMI指数(21.86±6.18)Kg/m2明显优于对照组患者KPS功能状况评分(73.11±18.63)分及BMI指数(21.86±6.18)Kg/m2,且较治疗前稳定性更为良好,统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用艾迪注射液联合FOLFIRI方案治疗晚期结直肠癌,具有显著的治疗效果,患者恶心、呕吐、乙酰胆碱综合征、血细胞减少、迟发性腹泻等化疗不良反应发生率低,患者生存质量得以提高。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of Addie Injection combined with FOLFIRI regimen in the treatment of the patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Methods： From November 2013 to November 2015 in our hospital,eighty patients with advanced colon rectal cancer,as the research objects,were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group. The patients of the control group were given conventional FOLFIRI chemotherapy treatment and the patients of the observation group were given Aidi Injection combined with FOLFIRI chemotherapy. After a course of treatment,the therapeutic effect was compared between two groups. Results： The total effect rate of the observation group（ 45%） was smaller than the control group＇s（ 40%） and the difference was not significant（ P〉0. 05）. The disease control rate（ 80%） in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group＇s（ 57. 50%） with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. In the observation group,the incidence rate of nausea and vomiting acetylcholine syndrome,blood neutropenia and delayed diarrhea due to chemotherapy（ 52. 50%） was significantly lower than the control group＇s（ 82. 50%） with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group ＇s KPS score function（ 73. 11 ± 18. 63） and BMI index（ 21. 86 ± 6. 18） kg/m^2 were significantly better than the control group＇s KPS（ 73. 11 ±18. 63） score and BMI index（ 21. 86 ± 6. 18） kg / m^2 and the stability was better than that before treatment with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Aidi Injection combined with FOLFIRI regimen in the treatment of the patients with advanced colorectal cancer has significant therapeutic effect on patients＇ nausea,vomiting,acetylcholine and blood cells reducing. And it has the low incidence rate of delayed diarrhea and other adverse reactions due to chemotherapy. Patients＇ quality of life can be improved.
