补肾健脾方治疗脾肾不足型多囊卵巢综合征疗效及对血清内脂素及hs-CRP水平的影响

Bushen Jianpi Formula in Treatment of Spleen and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome in Patients with Polycystic Ovary and Its Effect on Serum Levels of Serum Cholesterol and hs-CRP

目的:探讨自拟补肾健脾方治疗脾肾不足型多囊卵巢综合征患者疗效及对患者血清内脂素及hsCRP水平的影响。方法:选择2012年10月—2015年3月医院收治的肝肾不足型多囊卵巢综合征患者98例,将其随机分为观察组50例、对照组48例,对照组给予达英-35治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予医院自拟补肾健脾方,比较两组临床疗效、血清激素水平、症状评分、血清内脂素以及hs-CRP水平变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者血清LH、FSH、T水平均无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组各血清激素水平显著降低(P<0.05),对照组仅LH、T水平显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者血清激素水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前各症状评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后患者各症状评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者各症状评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前血清内脂素及hs-CRP水平无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者血清内脂素及hs-CRP均显著降低(P<0.05),而对照组患者血清内脂素及hs-CRP水平无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者血清内脂素及hsCRP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医院自拟补肾健脾方治疗多囊卵巢综合征具有着显著的临床疗效,且能够有效改善患者的血清激素水平以及患者相关临床症状,有助于血清内脂素、hs-CRP水平的降低,改善患者机体炎症状态,且用药安全,值得推广。

Objective： To investigate the effect of self-made Bushen Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency type of polycystic ovarian syndrome patients and its influence on serum lipid and hs-CRP levels.Methods： During October 2012 to March 2015 in our hospital,a total of 98 cases of liver and kidney deficiency type of polycystic ovarian syndrome patients were randomly divided to observation group（ 50 cases） and control group（ 48 cases）. The control group was treated with Diane-35 treatment and the observation group were given Bushen Jianpi Formula on the basis of the control. Compare two groups＇ clinical curative effects,serum hormone level and serum fat and hs-CRP level. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,the serum levels of LH,FSH and T had no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the observation group＇s serum hormone levels were decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05） and in the control group only LH and T levels decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05）. And after treatment,the observation group＇s levels of serum hormone were significantly lower than that of the controls（ P〈0. 05）. Two groups ＇ symptom scores had no significant difference before treatment（ P〈0. 05） and after treatment the symptom scores were significantly lower（ P〈0. 05） and the observation group＇s was significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Two groups＇ serum visfatin and hs-CRP levels had no significant difference before treatment（ P〈0. 05） and the observation group＇s levels of serum visfatin and hs-CRP were significantly decreased after treatment（ P〈0. 05） while the control group＇s had no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group＇s serum visfatin and hs CRP levels were significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05） after treatment. Conclusion： Bushen Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome has a significant clinical effect and can effectively improve the patients＇ serum hormone levels and relieve clinical symptoms,contributing to declines in serum visfatin and hs-CRP levels and improving the body inflammation state. It is safe to use and worthy to be popularized.
