甘草泻心合四妙勇安汤加减治疗口腔黏膜下纤维化临床观察

Combination of Gancao Xiexin Dection and Simiao Yongan Decoction in Treatment of 52 Cases of Oral Mucosal Fibrosis

目的:观察甘草泻心合四妙勇安汤加减治疗口腔黏膜下纤维化的临床疗效,探索治疗口腔黏膜下纤维化的新方法。方法:选取2009年3月—2015年7月期间就诊于本科的腔黏膜下纤维化患者104例,随机分为实验组(中药口服+醋酸泼尼松龙注射治疗)、对照组(醋酸泼尼松龙注射治疗)各52例,对比两组患者两组治疗前后总体疗效、口腔张口度、病变黏膜面积、疼痛的变化情况。结果:(1)两组治疗后的总体疗效:实验组总有效率69.2%,对照组53.8%,实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);(2)临床症状变化情况:实验组和对照组在口腔张口度、病变黏膜面积以及疼痛方面均有明显的改善(P<0.05),而实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甘草泻心合四妙勇安汤加减联合醋酸泼尼松龙能够明显提高口腔黏膜下纤维化的总体疗效,改善口腔张口度、病变黏膜面积以及疼痛等临床症状。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of oral mucosal fibrosis with the combination of Gancao Xiexin Dection and Simiao Yongan Decoctionand explore the new method of treating the oral fibrosis. Methods：During 2009 March to July 2015,a total of 104 cases were divided into experimental group（ traditional Chinese medicine plus oral prednisolone acetate injection） and control group（ prednisolone acetate injection）,52 cases in each. The overall curative effect before and after treatment in the two groupsand the oral opening,mucosal lesion size and the pain changes were compared. Results：（ 1） The overall efficacy of the two groups： the total effective rate of the treatment group was 69.2% and the control group＇s 53. 8%. The experimental group was significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）.（ 2） The clinical symptoms： The experimental and control groups＇ oral opening,mucosal lesion size and painswere significantly improved（ P〈0. 05） while the experimental group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Gancao Xiexin Dection and Simiao Yong an Decoction combined with prednisolone acetate can significantly improve the oral submucous fibrosis,improve the oral opening,mucosal lesion area and pain symptoms.
