香港高校学生事务管理实行一级管理,学校学生事务管理团队直接面向学生服务。文章从管理学角度考察了香港高校的学生事务管理现状,认为其学生事务管理体现了事务管理内容广泛、管理理念以人为本、自我管理体系完善、管理团队水平专业等特点,对内地高校学生工作有较强借鉴意义。文章总结了以全人教育为理念的香港高校学生事务管理工作带来的启示,将其概况为"六个坚持",以供内地高校学习、借鉴。

Hongkong universities implement one-level management for student affairs management.Student affairs management team directly serves students.This paper investigates current situation of student affairs management in Hongkong universities from the perspective of management and holds that student affairs management reflects the following features：affairs management scope is wide;management philosophy is people-oriented;self-management system is thorough;management team is professional.These have strong reference significance for students work in the universities in mainland.This paper summarizes the enlightenment of student affairs management in Hongkong universities which adopt holistic education idea and generalizes it with ＂six persistence＂for the universities in mainland to refer to and learn.
