摘要
本文研究了一种聚乳酸熔喷超细纤维空气过滤材料的制备方法,旨在提供一种具有良好防霾、防毒功能且过滤性好、滤阻较低的空气过滤材料。该材料采用聚乳酸切片为原料,经熔喷工艺直接成网制成。超细纤维的平均直径主要分布在1~5μm之间,纤网克重在50~80 g/m^2之间。经测试,材料透气性能优异,对粒径在1~1.5μm粒子的捕集效率达90%以上,对大于1.5μm粒子的捕集效率可达100%,对于PM 2.5的过滤效率接近100%。
The paper introduced a preparation method for a melt-blown air filter material based on environmentally degradable polylactic acid(PLA) superfine fiber. It aimed at providing a good air filter materials with good anti-haze and gas-defense properties as well as high filtration efficiency and low filter resistance. The filter material uses polylactic acid chips as raw material, and is made with the advanced meltblown process. The average diameter of the superfine fiber is 1~5 μm and the web density is 50~80 g/m2. Experimental results show that the material has excellent permeability, it can capture more than 90% of the particle between 1~1.5 micron and 100% of the particles larger than 1.5 micron, and the PM 2.5 filtration efficiency can reach 100%.
