热网设计泄漏量计算方法与泄漏量影响因素

摘要 对热网设计泄漏量计算方法及泄漏量影响因素进行理论研究及实测。设计泄漏量宜按热网水容量的一定比例计算。理论研究显示,泄漏量主要影响因素为泄漏面积、流体压力,流量对泄漏量的影响不显著。实测结果显示,热网水容量一定的条件下,随着流量增加,泄漏量小幅提高,但幅度不大。 The calculation method of design leakage rate of heat supply factors of leakage rate are system and the influence theoretically studied and measured. The design leakage rate should be calculated according to a certain proportion of the heat supply system water capacity. The main influence factors of leakage rate are the leakage area and fluid pressure, and the flow rate has no significant effect on the leakage rate. The measured results show that the leakage rate slightly increases with the increase of the flow rate at a certain proportion of the heat supply system water capacity.
