乡村教师培训模式的再思考

A reflection on the training model for rural teachers

当前乡村教师培训通常存在着技术理性的倾向,把乡村教师视为"技术水平低下"的接受者,这并不能改变乡村教师在实践工作中的困境。因此,有必要建构新的教师培训支持体系,重新调整对乡村教师的定位,将其视为无奈的坚守者、教育改革洪流中的中流砥柱和乡村教育续航的扛鼎者,肯定其专业能力和社会价值。同时要以提升乡村教师的自我认同感为核心,加大外在的支持力度,突破现有的培训机制,提升培训质量。

There is a tendency of technological rationality to treat rural teachers as low-skilled receivers,but this fails to help the teachers to resolve their problems in practice.Therefore,it is necessary to build up a new training mode for rural teachers with newer identification of their roles in rural schools.They are considered as the footstone in the wave of education reform and main force for the development of rural education.
