摘要
为避免腐蚀影响某加工高酸原油常减压装置的运行,通过专业化的腐蚀调查,初步掌握了该装置的腐蚀情况,并针对不同的腐蚀问题制定了相应的防腐蚀措施。一是启用常顶循系统,减少塔顶冷回流,控制塔顶露点腐蚀;二是针对减压塔减三、四、五段填料腐蚀,采取升级材料(由316L升级至317L)和加注高温缓蚀剂的综合措施。从最近两次的腐蚀调查结果看,这些防腐蚀措施取得了显著效果。
In order to avoid the influence of corrosion on the operation of a crude distillation unit (CDU) processing high acidity crude, the corrosion condition of the CDU was obtained through professional corrosion investigation. And some specific corrosion protection measures were proposed. First, dew point corrosion on the atmospheric tower top was controlled by using atmospheric tower top reflux system and decreasing the overhead cold reflux. Second, upgrading materials (from 316L to 317L) and using high temperature inhibitors were taken to reduce the corrosion of packings in the side cut No. 3/4/5 of the vacuum tower. The results of recent two corrosion investigations showed that these protection measures were significantly useful.
