糖化血红蛋白与空腹血糖测定在糖尿病诊断与控制的应用价值评价

摘要 目的探析糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)与空腹血糖(FPG)测定在糖尿病(DM)诊断与控制中的应用价值。方法选取该院2014年1—12月期间收治的200例糖尿病患者为观察组,选取同期200例健康查体者为参照组,采取高效液相层析法与酶法对两组受检者的Hb Alc、FPG进行测定,并且予以观察对比。结果通过两组受检者Hb Alc、FPG水平的测定可知,观察组明显高于参照组,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者与健康者的Hb Alc、FPG水平存在着明显差异,为此,Hb Alc、FPG测定可以作为糖尿病诊断的重要依据,并且在糖尿病预防与控制中也发挥着十分重要的作用。 Objective To explore glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) and fasting plasma glucose (FPG) in the diagnosis of di-abetes mellitus (DM) and control the application value. Methods From January 2014 to December 2014 admitted during the period of 200 diabetes patients as observation group, select the same period as the control group, 200 cases of healthy phys-ical examination, high performance liquid chromatography and enzymatic patients of two groups of HbAlc, FPG were deter-mined, and shall be observed. Results Two groups by client HbAlc, FPG level measurement, the observation group obvious-ly higher than that of control group, compared with significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion In patients with diabetes and health HbAlc, the evidence difference existed in the levels of FPG, therefore, HbAlc, determination of FPG can be used as the important basis for diagnosis of diabetes, and also in diabetes prevention and control plays a very important role.
