糖尿病合并慢性心力衰竭患者发生低钠血症的临床分析

Diabetic Patients with Chronic Heart Failure in Clinical Analysis of Hyponatremia

目的对于低钠血症在糖尿病合并慢性心力衰竭患者中的临床特征进行研究。方法随机抽取该院在2013年11月—2015年11月间收治的40例糖尿病合并慢性心力衰竭患者,22例正常组患者没有出现低钠血症,18例研究组患者出现低钠血症,对所有患者进行针对性治疗,比如降糖以及抗心力衰竭等,低钠血症患者还要进行改善治疗。对比两组患者实验室指标以及相关资料。结果研究组患者年龄高于正常组,两组患者心功能等级也存在明显差异,另外,正常组患者治疗前血浆渗透压以及糖化血红蛋白与研究组患者的差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者来说,年龄处于较高阶段,并且血糖以及心功能情况较差的患者发生低钠血症的概率较高。

Objective For hyponatremia in diabetic patients with chronic heart failure in clinical features were studied. Methods Randomly selected from in November 2013 - November 2015 were 40 cases of diabetic patients with chronic heart failure, 22 patients with normal group did not appear hyponatremia, 18 patients with team of hyponatremia, targeted therapy for all patients, such as hypoglycemic and resistance to heart failure, improve treatment hyponatremia patients. Com-pared to two groups of patients with laboratory index and related materials. Results Age group patients is higher than nor-mal group, two groups of patients there exist obvious differences in cardiac function level, in addition, the group of patients with normal plasma osmotic pressure and glycosylated hemoglobin before treatment with the team in patients with significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion For heart failure patients with diabetes merged, age at the higher stage, and poor blood glucose and cardiac function of patients with high probability of occurring hyponatremia.
