摘要 目的对早孕期糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)检测在妊娠期糖尿病诊断中的应用价值进行探讨。方法选取2013年6月—2015年6月在该院进行产前检查的40例早孕期妊娠期糖尿患者作为研究组,并选取同期进行检查的40名健康孕妇设为对照组。两组均进行糖化血红蛋白检测与葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)。结果研究组的2 h血糖值及糖化血红蛋白值均明显高于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖化血红蛋白检测在诊断GDM中的灵敏度与特异度分别为85.67%、91.22%。结论糖化血红蛋白检测可作为早期诊断妊娠期糖尿病的有效依据。 Objective Early Pregnancy glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc) detection in the diagnosis of gestational diabetes were discussed. Methods June 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital 40 cases of prenatal care early in pregnancy as gestational dia-betes patient study group, and select concurrent examination of 40 healthy pregnant women as control group. Both groups were glycated hemoglobin and glucose tolerance test (OGTT). Results 2 h blood glucose levels and glycosylated hemoglobin values of study group were significantly higher, the difference between the two groups was significantly (P〈0.05); glycated hemoglobin detection sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of GDM were 85.67%, 91.22%. Conclusion Glycated hemoglobin can be used as an effective basis for early diagnosis of gestational diabetes.
