糖尿病性白内障患者围手术期全面护理效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Perioperotive Nursing Care for Patients with Diabetic Cataract

目的对糖尿病患者实行白内障手术实施全面护理,以使手术的成功率和效果。方法对127例糖尿病性白内障患者采取囊外摘除配合人工晶体植入手术,并给予手术前的相关指导与准备工作、监测和控制血糖、以及饮食与心理方面的护理;加强手术过程中的护理,在手术后注意做好对术眼保护、预防出现并发症与进行必要的出院指导。结果患者在手术后,视力均得到不同程度的改善,无1例出现感染、术后出血与伤口开裂等并发症。结论有针对性地采取正确方法对糖尿病患者实行白内障手术进行全面的护理,会有助于患者的在手术后的术眼视力恢复,从而提高治疗和护理的效果。

Objective To implement comprehensive nursing care for diabetic patients with cataract surgery in order to make the success rate and effect of the operation.Methods 167 patients with diabetic cataract were treated by phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation, and the relevant guidance and preparation, monitoring and controlling blood glucose, and diet and psychological nursing were given. Results After surgery, the visual acuity was improved in different degrees, and there were no complications such as infection, bleeding and wound in 1 cases. Conclusion It is helpful for the patients to carry out comprehensive nursing care in the treatment of diabetic patients with cataract surgery. It can help pa-tients to recover after surgery, so as to improve the effect of treatment and nursing.
