摘要
目的研究并探讨全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的作用。方法于2013年1月—2015年6月,随机选取100例糖尿病患者进行研究,采取数字抽签法进行随机分组,分为各有50例的对照组和观察组。对照组患者采取传统健康教育模式,观察组采取全程健康教育模式。对比两组患者的血糖控制情况和疾病不确定感评分。结果与护理前相比,护理后两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均得到有效的改善(P<0.05),但观察组的血糖改善程度更加显著(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组的疾病不确定感评分明显更低(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病的护理管理中采取全程健康教育模式,能够有效促进患者血糖的控制,减轻患者对疾病的不确定感。
Objective To study and discuss the role of the whole course health education model in the management of dia-betes care. Methods In January 2013- June 2015, 100 cases of diabetic patients were randomly selected to research, and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group ,each had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were taken the traditional health education mode, the observation group adopted the whole health education mode. Blood glucose control and disease uncertainty were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with pre nursing care, after nursing, the patients of two groups with fasting glucose, postprandial blood glucose were significantly improved(P〈0.05), but the blood glucose of the observation group was more significant(P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of illness uncertainty in the observation group were significantly lower (P〈0.05). Conclusion Taking the whole course health education model in nursing management of diabetes can effectively improve the control of blood glucose and reduce the uncertainty of the patient's disease.
