摘要
针对公司某型冲洗阀在主泵转速逐渐上升至1500r/min左右时,冲洗流量会出现跃升的现象,为了理解并解决出现此现象的问题,利用AMESim仿真软件搭建公司闭式系统冲洗阀模型进行仿真分析,与实际试验数据进行比较,结果表明,不同的阀芯弹簧预紧力,会导致冲洗阀不同的工作状态,同时也说明了AMESim仿真技术能够正确的模拟阀的工作特性。
The flow of the flushing valve will be a leap in the phenomenon as the main pump speed gradually increased to about 1500r/min in our company.In order to understand and solve this problem,by making use of AMESim to build the closed-type system model,and to simulate the valve unit＇s operation.Through simulation calculation,the working characteristics of the flushing valve are obtained and compared with experimental data.The working condition of different valves is different,and the working characteristics of AMESim simulation technology can be used to simulate valve.
