摘要 流体流经液压管路产生的压力损失往往比较小而在液压系统设计时被忽略,在对压力敏感的控制系统中如果被忽略将会引起系统故障,甚至使整个系统瘫痪。该文结合所设计试验台控制系统中管路压力损失对控制系统带来的影响的分析排除过程,给出流体流经管路产生的压力损失主要组成部分的计算公式,并通过仿真过程详细阐述管路压力损失在管路设计中的重要性。 Since the pressure loss during fluid flowing through hydraulic pipeline is small,it is often neglected during hydraulic system design.However,if neglected in the control system sensitive to pressure,it will cause system faults and even paralysis of the whole system.This paper provides the calculating formula of the main components of pressure loss produced during liquid flowing through pipeline by combining the analytical elimination of the influence of pipeline pressure loss in designed test-bed control system on control system and illustrates the importance of pipeline pressures loss in pipeline design in detail through simulation process.
