气分装置轻烃泵机械密封失效故障分析

摘要 针对气分装置轻烃泵原采用多弹簧机械密封时,使用周期短、可靠性和稳定性差、介质泄漏严重等突出问题,提出了采用双端面机械密封并对参数进行了合理设计,较好地解决了密封介质频繁泄漏问题,密封效果好,使用寿命长,端面温度低,有效控制了因高温造成的密封圈老化,此外,辅助系统结构简单,冷却水用量少,经济效益好,符合长周期安全运行的要求及环境保护要求,具有工业推广价值。 In view of points gear pump used in light hydrocarbon gas spring mechanical seal,use cycle is short,poor reliability and stability,medium leakage such outstanding problems as serious,proposed uses the double mechanical seal and the parametersfor the reasonable design,better solve the problem of frequentleakage of sealing medium,good sealing effect,long service life,low end face temperature,effective control of the sealing ring of aging caused by the high temperature,in addition,the auxiliary system structure is simple,less dosage of cooling water,economic benefit is good,accord with the requirement of long period safe operation and environmental protection requirements,the industrial promotion value.
