农村生态环境保护中的农民参与机制研究——以甘肃省为例 被引量：2

摘要 面对日益严峻的农村生态环境问题,环境治理模式应由过去传统的"政府主导型"向"政府-社会合作型"转变,实现政府与社会在农村生态环境保护中的良性互动。作为农村生态环境保护的重要力量-农民,应充分发挥其在农村环境保护中的重要作用,弥补国家在农村环境保护中的不足。
