三拗汤对哮喘豚鼠呼吸功能及血清IgE的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察三拗汤对哮喘豚鼠呼吸功能及血清IgE含量的影响,探讨三拗汤防治哮喘的机制。方法选择雄性荷兰种豚鼠48只,随机分成空白对照组,模型组,阳性对照组,小青龙汤高剂量组,中剂量,低剂量组等6组,以卵蛋白致敏并诱导成功后,分别灌胃给药治疗,最后测定各组豚鼠肺功能情况及血清中IgE的含量。结果空白对照组的肺功能及血清IgE情况明显优于模型组;与模型组比较,大剂量组,阳性对照组呼吸功能得到明显改善且IgE含量均显著降低;各组之间血清IgE的含量比较顺序是:空白对照组<阳性对照组<高剂组<中剂量<低剂组<模型组。结论血清IgE可能参与了变应性哮喘的发病机制,三拗汤可降低哮喘豚鼠血清IgE含量,对哮喘有一定的防治作用。 OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of Sanao decoction on lung function and Serum IgE levels in asthmatic guinea pigs. METHODS 48 male guinea pig were randomly divided into control group,model group,positive control group,Sanao decoction high dose group,medium dose and low dose group. The guinea pigs were challenged with OVA. After successful induction,the guinea pigs were administered drugs for treatment. The lung function and serum IgE levels of antigen in guinea pigs were determined. RESULTS The lung function and serum IgE of the control group was better than the model group; and compared with model group and high dose group,positive control group had significantly improved respiratory function and reduced IgE levels; comparison of each group of serum IgE levels was the control group positive control group high dose group medium dose low dose group model group. CONCLUSION The IgE is possible to participate in the pathogenesis of the bronchial asthma,and the treating mechanisms of Sanao decoction for asthma may be through inhibiting the production of IgE.
