摘要
目的研究水杉树皮中的化学成分和生物活性。方法水杉皮采用60%乙醇提取,经大孔树脂、Sephadex LH-20和制备HPLC分离获得化合物,结构采用1H NMR和13C NMR光谱技术鉴定。采用DPPH测定化合物的清除自由基活性。结果分离获得化合物为木质素Agatharesinol,其能浓度依赖性地清除DPPH自由基。结论首次对水杉皮中的木质素成分进行了研究,从中分离获得具有清除自由基活性的Agatharesinol。
OBJECTIVE To study the constituent and bioactivity of the bark of Metasequoia glyptostroboides. METHODS Constituent was extracted from the bark of Metasequoia glyptostroboides by 60% ethanol and isolated by resin column chromatograph,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC,and its structure was identified by spectroscopic data. Its free radical scavenging capacity was measured with DPPH radical. RESULTS One compound was identified as Agatharesinol. This compound dose-dependently showed DPPH radical scavenging capacity. CONCLUSION This study is the first time to report the lignanoid composition and free radical scavenging capacity of the bark of M. glyptostroboide. Agatharesinol,which possessed free radical scavenging capacity,was obtained from the bark of M. glyptostroboide.
