立式钢琴击弦机结构与工艺研究

摘要 击弦机作为钢琴的核心部分,其性能的优良直接影响钢琴的音乐表现力。因此,击弦机加工工艺对钢琴质量有着直接的影响。钢琴击弦机结构复杂,零部件数量较多,生产难度较大。本文对钢琴击弦机结构与工艺进行分析,尝试对不同零部件的工艺流程的相关性进行分析,寻找合适方法简化击弦机的工艺流程,实现工艺标准化,大幅提高劳动生产率,缩短生产周期。击弦机系统是一个较为复杂的杠杆联动机械装置系统,在组装过程中尝试利用系统化处理方式,将一个击弦机系统划分为四个子系统进行并行组装,节约劳动及生产时间,降低成本。 As the core part of the piano,the quality of action affects the musical expressiveness in performance of the piano directly.Thus the processing technology of action plays a direct role on the quality of the piano.Piano action has a very complex structure with a number of component parts and great production difficulty.In order to achieve the goals in aspects of simplification of the action processing process with the right method,standardization of process,improvement of the labor productivity,and shortening of production cycle,the construction and technological process of piano action,in particular the relationship of technological process among different parts,were analyzed in this paper.Considering the action system functions as a very complex leverage linkage mechanism system,the action system was divided by using the systematic approach into four subsystems which can be assembled separately and simultaneously,thereby achieving the saving of labor,production time,and cost.
