The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China offers Marxist political economics a new historical opportunity of development.Taking into consideration of the new reality of the socialist economy with Chinese characteristics,the CPC creatively develops Marxist political economics：deepening and developing the statement of the essence of socialism;putting forward a series of assertions on improving and perfecting the basic economic system in the primary stage of socialism;constructing the new concept system of development;innovating and enriching the theories of opening economy;creating the theory system of new normal economics.These theoretical achievements are of great practical significance in accelerating the economic transformation and upgrading,in directing the deepening reform of economic system,in boosting economic opening,and in realizing the dream of constructing a strong economy.
