我国中华鳖种苗产业调查与发展战略

On the development strategy of aquaculture fry industry of Trionyx sinensis in China

本文依据当前我国中华鳖主要养殖地区产业发展形式和重点种苗企业基本现状的调查结果,从宏观角度就有关问题进行了初步研究,总结出当前我国中华鳖种质资源保护与利用的顶层设计不足、重点种苗企业产能不能满足需要、产业发展面临短期风险等问题,提出了理清原良种场区域布局和功能定位,建立大数据互联平台并规范引种、生产和新品种研发等行为,做大做强重点种苗企业和合理引导产业发展和转型升级的建议,以期为我国中华鳖种苗产业的健康发展提供相关的参考资料。

The article stated the basic current situation of aquaculture fry industry of Trionyx sinensis in China,according to the survey on the main breeding areas and key enterprises of fries. Three problems of development were summarized briefly after the preliminary analysis from macro view,such as the lack of the top strategy design on germplasm resources protection and utilization,the scale of key enterprises of fries,and the short-term risk on industrial development. According to the current situation and accumulated experience,some proposals were offered in order to provide reference for the healthy development of aquaculture industry of Trionyx sinensis, mainly including sorting out the regional layout and functional orientation of the aquaculture fry farms,establishing big data platform and standardizing the behaviors of fry introduction,production and new varieties research,making the key enterprises of fry production bigger and stronger,guiding the industrial transformation and upgrading reasonably and so on.
