浙江省远洋渔业发展现状与探讨

Current status and countermeasure analysis of the development for pelagic fishery of Zhejiang Province

浙江省远洋渔业经过30年的发展,取得了令人瞩目的成就,远洋渔业规模和数量均居全国首位,作业区域和作业方式不断拓展,并形成以舟山为中心的远洋渔业产业集聚。本文分析了浙江省远洋渔业发展的现状和存在的主要问题,提出了鼓励适当转移国内剩余捕捞力量、发展过洋性渔业、提升远洋装备水平、加快推进新渔场和新资源开发探捕、积极拓展国内水产品销售市场、加强远洋渔业监管和提升政府服务职能等促进远洋渔业发展的措施建议,为浙江省远洋渔业的可持续发展提供借鉴。

Pelagic fishery in Zhejiang has made remarkable achievements after 30 years development,its scale and quantities were both number one in China,the fishing area and operation modes are continuously expanding,while the ocean fishery industry agglomeration in Zhoushan has formed. The paper analyzed the current situation and main problems of pelagic fishery in Zhejiang,and put forward suggestions on encouraging to transfer the overcapacity fishing effort,the development of the straddled ocean fishery and to enhance ocean equipment level,new fishing grounds and new resources development and exploratory,expanding domestic sales of aquatic products market,strengthening the pelagic fishery supervision and enhancing the service function of the government,etc. which promotes the development of pelagic fishery,providing reference for sustainable distant fishery in Zhejiang.
