摘要
结合9度(0.40g)区寻甸汇龙印象住宅小区的双塔高层结构,介绍其隔震设计的基本步骤及隔震支座受拉应力的控制方法。提出按同一时刻出现拉应力的隔震支座数量占隔震支座总数量比例不宜超过15%的原则来进行隔震支座布置;在对双塔结构模型进行整体隔震分析的同时,对单塔模型也进行隔震分析校验,并进行包络设计;对该双塔高层结构的超长楼板进行了地震作用和温度作用下的应力分析,在楼板应力变化较大及应力集中处按分析结果进行了板厚及配筋的加强。结果表明,该结构隔震设计满足要求。
The high-rise twin towers in Hut-Long Impression Residential district in Xundian with 9-level seismic precautiona~ intensity (0.40g) was used to introduce the basic steps for isolation design and control method of tensile stress of isolation bearing. The arrangement principle of isolation bearing was presented that the quantity of isolation bearings appearing tensile force at the same time should account for no more than 15% of total isolation bearing number. Overall isolation analysis was conducted on structure model of the twin towers and the isolated check analysis and envelope design were also carried out on single tower models. Under the seismic load and temperature load actions, stress analysis was carried out on super long floor of the twin tower high-rise structure and the floor thickness and reinforcement were strengthened in positions where floor stress changes largely and there occurs stress concentration according to the analysis results. The results show that the seismic isolation design of the structure ineets the requirements.
