摘要
通过对单独拖动式多槽浮选机选矿能耗过高的现象进行分析,在不改变槽体形状、尺寸的情况下,研制出一种集中拖动式的多槽浮选机设备,在同等工作条件下使浮选机的浮选能耗和装机容量均有一定的降低,对有色金属选矿业的节能设备改造具有一定的借鉴意义。
After analyzing the causes of overhigh energy consumption of separated drag mode of the multicell flotation separator, a kind of centralized drag mode of the multi-cell flotation separator was developed without changing the shape and the dimension of the cells. At the same operation conditions, both the energy consumption and the installed capacity of the flotation separator reduced. It had some reference for transformation of energy-saving equipments in non-ferrous metal beneficiation industry.
