摘要
圆环链传动广泛应用于矿山机械,在外界工作情况恶劣、冲击与振动较大的工况条件下,承受交变载荷的圆环链啮合链窝处的磨损会急剧增加,导致断链和断齿,从而造成矿井生产事故。鉴于该实际工程问题,笔者通过虚拟仿真软件Solid Works对圆环链进行建模,并通过ANSYS对圆环链进行实时瞬态动力仿真分析,为圆环链传动机构的改进及设计研究提供可靠的理论分析依据,对减少圆环链传动过程的损伤具有实际性的意义。
The transmission of the round-link chain was widely applied to mining machinery. In severe operation surroundings with huge impact and vibration, the link joint of the round-link chain carrying alternate load wears sharply, which leads to broken chain and broken teeth, thus the production accidents happen. In view of the problem, Solid Works was applied to build the model of the round-link chain, and ANSYS was applied to carry out real transient dynamic simulation and analysis. The research offered reliable theoretical analysis and reference for improvement and design of the transmission device with round-link chain, and possessed practical significance for relieving the damage of the round-link chain during transmission process.
