摘要
职业成就性别差异研究主要从性别歧视、社会角色等层面展开,本文通过总结竞争激励机制下男女行为及竞争偏好差异,基于内在行为偏好视角解释职业成就的性别差异,从过度自信、社会偏好、风险决策、社会文化等维度归纳竞争偏好性别差异的影响因素,并在此框架基础上介绍了倾斜机制、团队间竞争、调整竞争群体的性别比例三种女性竞争偏好的提升机制。
Current research of gender differences in career advancement is mainly focused on gender discrimination and social roles. By combing gender differences behaviors under competing incentives and competitive preferences,the paper explores gender differences in career advancement from the perspective of intrinsic preference and provides a more comprehensive literature review on the factors of competition preferences in gender,such as overconfidence,risk aversion,social preference and social culture. On this basis,it summarizes three alternative types of mechanism to promote women in competitions,such as policy interventions,competition between teams and gender composition.
