摘要
为使大蒜浸提液更好地应用于农作物的病虫害防治,在霉菌培养基中添加不同浓度的大蒜浸提液(0、0.175%、0.350%、0.525%、0.700%、0.875%、1.050%),然后分别培养哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum)和ATCC872霉菌,探讨大蒜浸提液对霉菌的抑制作用。结果表明:随着培养基中大蒜浸提液浓度升高,对哈茨木霉和ATCC872霉菌的抑制作用也升高,而且霉菌的菌丝直径逐渐减小。可见,大蒜浸提液对霉菌有明显的抑菌作用。
The garlic extract has great application prospect in the field of prevention of pathogenic microorganisms. The garlic extract is applied to crop cultivation, which can prevent diseases and insect pests, and is conducive to the growth and development of crops. In order to solve the problem of the inhibition of garlic extract on mould. The test supplemented with different concentrations of garlic dip extract in fungus culture medium (0, 0. 175% ,0. 350% ,5. 250% ,0. 700% ,0. 875% and 1. 050%) ,then they were cultured Trichoderrna harzianum and ATCC872 mold. The results showed that with the culture medium garlic extract concentration increased, the inhibition of Trichoderma harzianum and ATCC872 mold increased,and fungal hyphae diameter gradually decreases. Therefore, the garlic extract had obvious inhibitory effect on mold.
