皮肤基底细胞癌发生的危险因素及其病理特征分析

Analysis of Risk Factors and Pathological Features of Skin Basal Cell Carcinoma

目的探讨皮肤基底细胞癌发生的危险因素及其病理特征分析。方法回顾36例的皮肤基底细胞癌的病例资料和病理特征,分析诱发皮肤基底细胞癌的危险因素和不同亚型的病理特征。结果 BCC家族史、BCC病史、长时间日晒、接触砷和电离辐射、接受过免疫抑制治疗都是诱发皮肤基底细胞癌的危险因素(P<0.05);通过Logistic回归分析表明BCC家族史和长期日晒是诱发皮肤基底细胞癌的主要危险因素。BCC病理表现主要包括6种亚型,其中以结节溃疡型为临床最常见。结论 BCC家族史和长期日晒是诱发皮肤基底细胞癌的主要危险因素;BCC临床常见病理特征为结节溃疡型。

Objective To discussion and analysis ofstudy the risk factors and pathological features of skin basal cell carcinoma. Methods Clinical data and pathologic features of 36 cases of skin basal cell carcinoma BCC patients between 2011 and2015 were retrospectively reviewed to determine which the risk factors induced the of skin basal cell carcinoma and analysis study the pathologic factors of eachdifferent subtypes. Results Family history and medical history of BCC skin basal cell carcinoma,too much sun overexposure to suntime,exposure to arsenic and ionizing radiation,immunosuppressive therapy were the risk factors of inducedfor skin basal cell carcinoma（ P〈0. 05）. Logistic regression analysis And showed that family history of BCC skin basal cell carcinoma and overexposure too much sun exposure time were the main risk factors of induced for skin basal cell carcinoma by logistic regression analysis. Skin basal cell carcinoma BCC mainly includes d six subtypes,of which the nodular ulcerative type was the most common. Conclusion The family history of BCC skin basal cell carcinoma and overexposure to sun are the main risk factors. Nodular ulcerative type is the most common subtype of BCC skin basal cell carcinoma.
