论社区社会工作者的核心能力及培育策略

Discussion about the Core Competence of the Community Social Worker and its Training Strategy

近年来,我国社区社会工作服务的内容和水平得到不断强化,社区社会工作者也表现出了较强的能力和素质,但其核心能力仍然有待进一步提升。研究发现,社区社会工作者的核心能力可以表现为思维想象、反思成长、社区评估、团队协作、项目管理、建立关系、社区组织以及资源链接八个方面。结合实际情况,可以从三个方面来培育社区社会工作者的核心能力:通过专业教育培养核心能力,通过在职培训提升核心能力,通过政策引导巩固核心能力。

In recent years, the community of social work service in China has been continuously strength- ened in the content and level, community social workers also showed strong ability and quality, but its core a- bility still needs to be further improved. Study found that the core competence of community social workers can performance for eight aspects including of thinking to imagine, reflecting growth, community assessment, teamwork, project management, establishing relationships, community organizations and links to resources. Combined with the actual situation, there are three ways to training cultivating the core competence of commu- nity social workers. The first is to training the core competence through professional education. The second is to enhance the core competence through on - the - job training. The third is to consolidate the core competence through policy guidance.
