摘要
根据1996-2013年广西地区高技术产业投入产出数据,应用DEA模型从综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率角度对广西连续18年来的数据进行了实证分析,研究发现,1996-2010年间广西高技术产业投入产出比较低,自主创新效率处于低水平,且波动较为频繁,纯技术效率波动频率较高,规模效率整体上处于递减状态。但从2010年后,创新效率获得了较大改善,呈现稳步提升趋势。
Based on the input-output data of high-tech industries of Guangxi from 1996-2013,this paper adopted the DEA model to analyze the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of Guangxi high-tech industry. The study finds that： between 1996-2010,the input-output efficiency is relatively low; the innovation efficiency is at a low level and the fluctuation is relatively frequent; the pure technical efficiency fluctuates more frequent than scale efficiency; scale efficiency is decreasing from the global aspect,but innovation efficiency gets some improvement and shows an increasing trend steadily from 2010.
