摘要
"专车"自出现以来就备受争议,尤其是其身份的定位问题。上海市于2015年10月开始试点将专车合法化经营,据此我国对"专车"法律定位问题发生转变。对自出现以来就备受争议的"专车"法律定位问题进行恰当分析,可厘清我国在"专车"领域的法律规制。
China＇s＂Chauffeur Car-On-Demand Service＂has been highly controversial since it appears,especially focusing on the its identity orientation. Shanghai began a pilot legalized operations in October 2015,whereby changes its legal orientation in China. This paper explores the legal orientation of China＇s＂Chauffeur Car-On-Demand Service＂,aiming at clarify its legal regulation.
